| Starting from 2007, the Hong Kong College of Emergency
Medicine will co-joint with the American Heart Association
to launch the AHA ACLS Refresher courses in Hong Kong.
It provides a chance to update the ACLS skills. Here are

| Practical skills and written examination are required. |

| An ACLS refresher course completion card will be issued
to successful candidates. |

| The course material including AHA ACLS Manual and AHA
2005 ECC Handbook will be ready for collection after successful
application. Early application and collection of course
materials is much encouraged. |

| HK$1,500 for all professional healthcare providers (Fees

Candidate |
| Personnel who are working in emergency, intensive care,
critical care or acute departments/wards; emergency medical
providers such as medical officers, nurses, emergency
technicians, paramedics and other professionals who need
to respond to a cardiovascular emergency. |

Pre-requisites |
| Candidates must possess current AHA BLS certification
and AHA ACLS Provider certification. Please send
photocopy of valid certificates together with ACLS-R Application
form. Candidates without current certification
are encouraged to join BLS Provider and ACLS Provider
